Each module includes a number of electrical contacts that mate with corresponding electrical contacts of the circuit board. The electrical contacts of the module and the electrical contacts of the circuit board are secured together via soldering. For example, solder is applied to the contacts on the electrical module and then the electrical module is placed in contact with the contacts on the circuit board. The solder contacts are heated until the solder melts and the contacts come in contact with each other. The electrical module is then cooled. Once cooled, the solder is re-solidified and the contacts make a permanent electrical connection there between.\nA problem with the known electrical modules is that as the electrical module is placed on the circuit board, the electrical contacts experience non-uniform forces (e.g., forces that are not perpendicular to a plane of the circuit board or contact). These forces result in deformation of the electrical contacts. The deformation may cause a loss of electrical contact and/or a premature failure of the electrical connection. Additionally, the connectors do not typically withstand high operating temperatures of the circuit board. The connectors are subject to significant thermal expansion.
