I'm thinking that the firmware file that I was using didn't match the firmware file that I needed to update, and thus the problem occurred.\nSo, I just went to the website for my firmware update, found the firmware file that was compatible with my software, downloaded that firmware file, and updated my firmware to use that particular file.
