Maxfiles.\n\nHello guys, I have been trying to create a menu for my game for some time now. The menu is in.max format and is being created using the 3D viewer in Makehuman. Before I had an issue where Makehuman crashed when importing the.max files. I thought of trying something else, so I downloaded Blender, and installed the.max files into the tutorial files so I could work on the menu. As it turns out, the.max file is blank. The menu is a single layer, so I can't figure out why the.max file isn't working. Is there a way to export.max files into an.obj file so I can work with them? I tried using VectorWorks Scite and a webpage to do this. Both failed to import the.max files. I tried to use the converter included in Blender, but it didn't work at all. I thought that since Makehuman was crashing with the.max file, that it must have an error in it (like the.max file being corrupted or something). But I tried.max files from two different scenes, which I opened with Blender, and got the same results. I'm assuming that the.max file somehow isn't in the proper format for Blender to import (which I'm not that familiar with, though I know enough to make this comment). I'm not sure if I have any other ideas to try, but I thought I would post a question on here in the hope of receiving some help.
