The allowed **currency codes** (e.g., XAF, USD, BTC) and **country codes** (ISO 2-digit format, e.g., CM, NG, US) can be dynamically retrieved using the endpoint:  \n`/restapi/v1/public/merchant/currencies`  \n  \nThis ensures that merchants always use valid and up-to-date codes when initiating transactions.\n\n#### Transaction Flow\n\nMerchants initiate a deposit by submitting essential customer and transaction details, such as:\n\n- **Customer Information**: First name, last name, phone number, and email.\n    \n- **Transaction Details**: Unique transaction ID (provided by the merchant), amount, currency, and country.\n    \n\nThe `customer_transaction_id` must be unique for every request, enabling both Futurapay and the merchant to track and reconcile payments accurately.\n\n#### Security Considerations\n\n- All requests should be made over **HTTPS** to ensure data encryption.\n    \n- API keys and merchant credentials must be kept confidential.\n    \n- Input validation is strictly enforced to prevent errors and fraudulent activities.\n    \n\n#### Error Handling\n\nFuturapay provides standardized error responses to help merchants quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
