However now that they have massive carrying capacity on your body, mineral extraction and base transportation and base-to-base tranporters though, the teleport reciever is not very relevant much. If you haven't noticed, you can now carry more than your ship. On your body, in the exosuit cargo section. Who needs ship material transportation when you have millions of units carrying capacity with you at all times? Ship material transport used to be an issue, but not any more.
