\nI have a Nokia N95, and I would like to update it to the newest. But there are some problems.
\nI am sure that this has to do with the fact that I have had my phone for about three years.
\nBasically, I have the latest firmware, and it might be too old.
\nThat's my theory, but it's not working.

\nA You are using an outdated firmware version. The upgraded firmware is version 9S77/9.22.22.218042. Download it from

\nA You should select Upgrade Software Option.
\nA After selecting Software Upgrade Option, you should press the ENTER or OK button.
\nA The Select Device Option page will appear.
\nA Select and upgrade the required firmware from below the list.
\nA The upgrade may take 10 to 30 seconds. After the upgrade is complete, you should select the OK button to proceed.
\nA You can now return to the Menu by selecting the OK button.
\nA Your device will now restart after finishing the firmware upgrade.
\nA You can now select the Reboot Option.
\nA After selecting Reboot Option, your device will reboot.
\nA After the reboot is complete, you can return to the Menu by selecting the OK button.
