The polymerization in one embodiment is conducted at a temperature of from about 75 to 300.degree. C. under a predetermined pressure in the presence of (a) a catalyst prepared from one of the Group VIII metals, preferably palladium, on a support, (b) an organoaluminum compound and (c) an additional compound as a carrier.
