\nOne of the new OSI-12 criteria includes the requirement for all subcontractors to be familiar with the 10 percent compliant standards and be working in accordance with them.
\nThis includes training and testing for subcontractors and journeymen who may be called in to address compliance issues.
\nWilliams said that he expects subcontractors to be forthcoming and cooperative, but added that the organizations that form the basis of the new framework understand and anticipate that some may take some time to be certified.
