I'm working on a project that tracks a human in a virtual world. The goal of my program is to create a display which shows where the human stands, where he/she can walk and the objects he/she can interact with. I have all the calculations down, but I want to give the virtual world a face. I want to allow the user to be able to cut through the scene, to a part of which he/she is standing. This effect is achieved by rendering the virtual world on a local VFD.\nRight now, the VFD is created with OpenFrameworks and can be displayed using VFDCamera. I have experience with OpenGL/Vbo's and Qt, but with this task I can't really find a solution.\nThe functions I need are already coded, the only thing left is to write to the VFD. Can anyone help me?

I just figured out what to do.\nFirst of all, I had to create a VFD:\nvfd_d3d11_window_id = gEnv->pRenderer11->CreateVfd(512, 512, VFD_D3D11, nullptr, nullptr);

The size 512 is way too big for my application, so I got rid of that. D3D11 is deprecated, so I don't use that anymore, but the important part is to use CreateVfd, as the documentation of OpenFrameworks only mentions the older functions CreateVfd and CreateVfdFromFile.\nThen I load the VFD file, which comes with the VFD camera, like this:\nstd::string filePath = \"C:\\Users\\Name\\Desktop\\test.vfd\";\nstd::string fileName = filePath.substr( 0, filePath.find_last_of('') + 1 );
