\nI am trying to make a web application for a football website using javamail to send a message to a chat. I can get everything done except sending the message at a correct time, but it seems that I can't get the time correctly. \nI set my time to Australia eastern standard time (AEST), but when I click the send button, the message is sent at a different time (UTC time) than it is at.\nAlso, when i click the refresh button on the timetable page, I get a time that is not in AEST.
