\nThe Guice Framework solves three problems related to dependency injection:
\nCreation of Application or Controllers without wiring\nThe need to store references to component(s) used when wiring together components.\nDependency Injection of component's dependencies.
\nWithout looking at the code, the tutorials you have read may not have properly hooked up all dependencies, leading to components with empty constructor(s), and/or resulting in references to components that are not wired properly.\nBy using Guice for dependency injection, you will get a Dependency Injection Container that knows about your classes/code, manages the resolution of the required components, and you can use a simple interface to wire the components together.

\nRead some screencasts for Guice (like the ones on the official site). This will give you an understanding of Guice.\nThe core of it is an Injector that gives you a factory to create any of the beans that you want to use in your application. Guice will take care of wiring up everything automatically, so you don't have to touch most of this code.\nSome people see a benefit to Guice over Spring DI, but I haven't felt any. Spring has a larger community of developers, but for me, the ease of Guice just gets me stuff done a lot faster.
